As youngsters, we loved the convenient location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and parking was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the inclusion of an iron in the room was a bonus.

We felt so welcome during our stay at the hotel, and we have no complaints.

We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool that offered a refreshing dip after a long day out. The Wi-Fi connection was great and luggage storage was convenient for our travel plans.

Had an amazing weekend at a hotel located within walking distance from the city centre and fancy street markets. Loved the comfortable and cozy room, especially the warm shower with its awesome showerhead and shower gel that left me feeling fresh and clean. the helpful staff, particularly during check-out, were a pleasant surprise. the free parking also came in handy.

The breakfast spread was unsatisfactory and could not cater to large groups. the lack of information about the private breakfast corner for regular guests was a downside.

ibis in malacca was even better than my previous stay! the location is perfect and the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed. the breakfast buffet was delicious and the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. definitely a big thumbs up!

Furthermore, the exit from the pool requiring guests to go through the reception area again could have been better designed for convenience. These minor drawbacks, however, did not significantly impact my overall positive experience at the hotel.
