Had a great time in this quiet, family-oriented hotel during Christmas. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with lots of options to choose from, such as delicious egg dishes made-to-order and a wide variety of food. The location is convenient, being situated next to a beautiful park with a lake and plenty of activities for children. What's more, the staff really went the extra mile, providing excellent complementary amenities, such as fast Wi-Fi and regular cleaning services.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel located by a canal complete with gondolas, making us feel like we were in a castle in Europe. The room was stylishly decorated with big windows offering stunning views. The bathroom was clean and smelled amazing. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. We also enjoyed the proximity to Aspire Park, where we spent quality time with our children.

We found one aspect disappointing - the front office staff lacked courtesy and were not accommodating with our room change request.

The hotel's Victorian-inspired atmosphere was magical, with beautiful paintings and a cozy tea room. The staff was accommodating and cheerful, exceeding our expectations for celebrating a special occasion. The outdoor pool and play area were perfect for families, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too!

Convenient location near Aspire Park and Villagio mall. Exceptional staff who helped with special birthday decoration. Spacious and comfortable room with all amenities. Excellent breakfast at Flavours restaurant with great variety. Good value for money.

We had an amazing stay at Al Aziziyah Boutique! The location was superb, just across from a beautiful park and only a short distance from a mall. The architecture of the hotel was a breath of fresh air, with its unique and lavish design. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The surroundings were peaceful and we never felt overwhelmed despite the number of guests. Our children loved the outdoor landscaping and pool, which even had a playground. it was an outstanding experience.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a luxurious palace. The exclusive amenities and attention to detail were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and Spa centre provided me with the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was well-appointed and spacious, and the private facilities exceeded my expectations. The restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast with special diet menus available upon request. The sun terrace with sun loungers and the garden area were excellent additions to the hotel's overall allure. Located on the edge of Aspire sports park, it was a short walk to a large mall, Villaggio.

One minor downside was the absence of beach umbrellas. However, the hotel provided alternative activities to keep me occupied during my stay.
