Convenient check-in, courteous and attentive front desk staff. Affordable, peaceful and relaxing accommodations. Friendly and service-minded reception staff, with fully carpeted and warm rooms. The location is ok, 20-minutes from the airport by taxi. Room upgrade offered without extra payment, thank you to the welcoming staff member.

Had a great city break at a hotel with a fantastic Middle Eastern theme. the hotel's clean and modern rooms were a delight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Plus, they offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi services. the location was exceptional being a short walking distance from some of the most popular attractions in the city.

The hotel had some management and attention to detail issues. Laundry service could be improved, as a delay in returning the clothing affected my business meeting.

Great hospitality and service at Musherib hotel. We had a slight miscommunication about the check-out time, but the receptionist was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel had great facilities and cleanliness, making our stay comfortable. Despite some minor issues, we would recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money is unbeatable. Secondly, the hotel is perfectly located right next to Musherib station which made getting around so easy. Thirdly, the staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms had an excellent view. Lastly, the breakfast spread was amazing with a cooked-to-order omelette bar.

No negative comments, everything was just perfect.

Located next to convenient Musherib station and the Souk area, this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The airport is also nearby. The spacious rooms have comfortable sofas, large TVs, and coffee makers. The breakfast offers fresh omelets and pancakes.

The hotel lacks attention to detail, such as charging the wrong rate and laundry delays.
