During my stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying the sauna and jacuzzi, which were a nice addition to the overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, including some Balkan specialties.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location, close to the city center and all the popular attractions! the breakfast served was also one of the best I've had in a while, with a variety of food options to choose from. the free Wi-Fi also worked perfectly, which was a plus.

The hotel was a bit outdated and some of the facilities were not up to par. the rooms were quite small and cramped, and the bathroom could've been cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, situated near the majestic castles, allowing us to easily explore the area. The service here is top-notch, with attentive room service and efficient housekeeping. We were delighted to find a welcome drink waiting for us upon arrival, and the room amenities, such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar, added to our comfort. The hotel also features a beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with quality services.
