We had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The room was clean and comfortable, with comfy large beds and fluffy pillows. We loved the central location, close to various shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located directly in the city center. The reception staff was very warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The breakfast offered a decent selection and the atmosphere in the restaurant was kind and relaxed. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to busses in all directions. the hotel provided excellent service and a pleasant experience.

The hotel lacked some amenities such as a lively bar area and a spacious gym for those looking for extra facilities.

Had a fantastic Xmas trip to a hotel in the center of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when they offered us complimentary drinks and snacks upon our arrival. Location was perfect for exploring the city; we were within walking distance of all the main attractions. the hotel restaurant had a great selection of food and drink, and we really enjoyed the Christmas meal that we had there.

That the hotel was a little bit noisy at times. We could hear some street noise from our room, but it wasn't so bad that it kept us awake.

Good breakfast selection, helpful staff, convenient ATM in lobby. Close to Philharmonic Orchestra concert hall, 10 min walk to Metro and airport shuttle stop. Near high-end shopping area. Wifi worked well.

This hotel has a great location in a nice neighborhood in the city center, which is perfect for exploring the area. The staff provided excellent service, including room service and car hire, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle service. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, mini-bar, and terrace. We also appreciated the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the special diet menus and happy hour.

Although the staff at the reception desk couldn't solve our request, we would still recommend this place to all.

As youngsters, we loved the comfortable, spacious room with an extra bed for our daughter. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with great timings until 11am on weekends. The staff was nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at Mercure City Center for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. The location was ideal, with the metro station, local bars, and restaurants close by. The room was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The full-length arched windows provided beautiful views, and the white crisp linen added a touch of luxury. I also appreciated the early check-in without any issues.
