The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the Barsha Heights/TECOM area and being reasonably close to Mall of Emirates. The room was spacious and clean, with a smart TV and early check-in prepared beforehand. The reception staff seemed to be always in a bad mood and didn't seem to care about guest complaints and requests.

We also appreciated the complimentary power plug adaptors and excellent WiFi connection. the location was superb with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities.

The keys were also a source of frustration as they needed to be coded frequently. Lastly, we were expecting better food options as we found the dishes to be bland and lacking in variety.
