We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming historic inn within walking distance to downtown. the hotel's cleanliness, welcoming staff, and delicious breakfast truly stood out. Additionally, the location at the north end of the shopping and dining strip was ideal for exploring the city.

The 1898 Waverly Inn in downtown was a delightful bed and breakfast experience. the staff was friendly, and we loved the afternoon social hour from 5-6. the breakfast was superb, with a special mention for offering turkey bacon. the atmosphere was welcoming and the hosts made us feel like family. the luxurious robes, complimentary wine, and phenomenal breakfast made our stay truly memorable.

One night was too short; plan to return for a longer stay soon!

I must admit that the complementary beer and wine selection was quite good. the location was convenient since everything we needed was close by. the breakfast was delicious.

Some of the rooms were located near the road, which caused a lot of noise and disturbances throughout the night. the bathrooms were quite small, and the historic building needed a bit of maintenance.

The location of the hotel was great! It was close to the shopping district and downtown. We loved that there were multiple waterfalls in the area. Our room was cozy and clean, the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available for us. The wine and cheese platter was a nice touch for a relaxing evening. We enjoyed the friendly conversations we had with other guests and the owners.

The parking was located at the back of the hotel and our room was located next to the entrance door, which was a bit noisy at times.
