I stayed in the Queen Room with a Sofa Bed and it was cozy! The room had a mini fridge and access to a kitchen, which was super convenient. Helen's breakfasts were a highlight—so many choices and everything was cooked to order. Plus, the house has this sweet Victorian charm. Definitely enjoyed my time here!

We had a fantastic time here, the breakfast was outstanding, made to order and really set us up for the day. Met a great couple from Germany during coffee each morning, sharing laughs and stories, made it feel like we were all part of something special.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but nothing good ever is.

It would be great to have air conditioning in the rooms!!! Stairs can feel unbearable during hot summer days, especially on the third floor. A hair dryer in the room would be a nice touch too!!!

The upper floors can get pretty stuffy! During my visit, the heat was quite overwhelming, making it hard to enjoy the Victorian charm fully. A fan would’ve been a nice addition!

Staying here felt like being in a family home! The breakfasts were awesome, full of variety, and you gotta love chatting with fellow travelers over the big dining table. Very close to all the major spots in town, yet on a peaceful side street.

The room could've used a hair dryer, and it was a bit warm up on the top floor during the summer heat. A small fan would’ve made a difference, ya know?

The Victorian charm of the home was captivating, perfectly complemented by Helen's engaging storytelling during breakfast. The made-to-order breakfast offered excellent beef dishes alongside a variety of other choices that started each day on a delightful note. However, my stay was marred by having a room without a window, which felt quite restrictive, and the absence of a functional television. Some common amenities were inconveniently lacking, reducing the overall comfort of the experience.

Absolutely adored the place! ! So charming and inviting, such a beautiful historic atmosphere.
