We had an incredible stay at Banhoek Lodge. the location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and vineyards. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was delicious. the cozy hotel atmosphere and cooked breakfast were highlights. the room was romantic, with a gas fireplace and a huge balcony. We were surprised with champagne for our anniversary and enjoyed breakfast delivered to our room free of charge. the nearby restaurant delivery service was a convenient bonus. There were also wineries within walking distance and free wine tasting vouchers provided.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. I was extremely impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at a lodge in a picture-perfect setting with gorgeous views from the vineyards. the staff, especially Leigh Ann, was incredible, going above and beyond to keep our personal valuables safe. We enjoyed the exquisite lodge, delicious breakfasts, and the convenience of being within walking distance to nearby vineyards. the upgrade to the suite was much appreciated, with its beautiful and spacious design. Lucinda, the staff member, was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. the spa services were also outstanding. it was a truly unforgettable experience.

The service at the hotel is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options are delicious and freshly prepared. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. the hotel offers a shuttle service for transportation needs, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

The hotel would benefit from having staff available to assist with carrying luggage to the rooms.

During our recent stay at Banhoek Lodge, my partner and I were blown away by the incredible views that greeted us from our balcony every morning. The location of the lodge was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the nearby wineries and enjoy the beauty of the area. We were particularly impressed with the hospitality we received from the staff, who treated us with the utmost respect and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

While our stay was largely fantastic, I must mention that there were a few drawbacks. The lodge's proximity to a busy road meant that we could sometimes hear traffic noise, which was a slight inconvenience.
