We had a delightful stay at Centre-Ville Guest House. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of vintage charm. The en-suite bathroom was a highlight, with a large stand-alone bath and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast served in the cute garden was a treat, and the location of the guest house was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the nearby restaurants. Stayed at a guesthouse just off Huguenot Street. Excellent location near restaurants and Wine Tram. Private deck with lovely view, large spa bath in room. Breakfast had lots of choices, cooked-to-order option.

Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

We loved that this hotel was located right in the heart of the village, allowing us to easily walk to all of the main restaurants and the Wine Tram. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was superb, and the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a great variety of warm and cold options, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The first thing that caught my attention was the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay. We had a variety of options, from a full house cooked breakfast to a buffet, and everything tasted amazing. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere, and it was great to be able to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the city. Lastly, the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The first was that our room was a bit small, and the limited space made it feel a bit cramped.

The location of the guest house is absolutely ideal. It is right in the centre of town, making it convenient to explore the beautiful streets of Franschhoek. Additionally, there are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, ensuring that you won't go hungry or get bored during your stay.

The noise from the wooden floors can be quite bothersome, especially if you are a light sleeper.

I had an amazing time at Centre-Ville Guest House. The hosts were lovely and very helpful in organizing the rest of my trip. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of options including fruit, muffins, and a delicious full cooked breakfast. The location couldn't be better, just a 2-minute walk from the Main Street and less than 5 minutes to the Wine Tram pick-up point. I loved sitting on the veranda and enjoying the nice pool area with sun chairs.
