We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received at the hotel. Despite our early arrival, the staff went out of their way to prepare a room for us, allowing us to check in four hours ahead of schedule. The daily room cleaning ensured a tidy and comfortable stay, and the breakfast served was absolutely incredible. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the spacious units provided a comfortable and clean living space. We also appreciated the complementary water dispenser and the variety of television channels available. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. it would have been convenient to have a bar fridge in the room for storing drinks and snacks.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh food and a good variety. The chef even made sure to prepare halal food for us separately. The location was fantastic as it was close to our business offices, and there were plenty of food options in the nearby shopping center. The gym looked good, but I didn't have the time to use it.

Most of the staff were really rude except for one person at reception and the chef. One of our rooms had dirty bedding and a large insect, and it took us multiple requests to get our room cleaned properly.

This hotel is worth every penny! I loved the location just outside a huge shopping mall with lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and attentive to detail, even providing a room with a balcony on the 2nd floor. The basic amenities were just what I needed and the breakfast was delightful.
