The staff at Harrismith Inn went above and beyond to accommodate my needs during my stay. Despite the restaurant being closed, they kindly allowed me to store my food in the hotel kitchen fridges overnight. Their helpfulness made up for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the bar and restaurant. I would recommend this hotel.

WiFi connectivity in some rooms may be unreliable, requiring guests to stand near the door for a stronger signal.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the surroundings. , we felt safe while staying there because there was a lot of police visibility, which was great. the staff was really welcoming and professional, and they were always willing to help with any questions we had.

we were surprised to find that the in-room coffee/tea supplies were only enough for one person, and we had to ask for additional sugar and sweeteners. The noise from the traffic on the road was really loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

Hotel easy to find. Reception by Ms B Selepe was warm. Rooms, linen, towels spotless. Restaurant staff speak softly, amazing.
