We were amazed by the attention to detail at Hermanus At Home. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the extra bonuses like filtered water in the fridge and cookies for our coffee, everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was truly the best we've ever had.

Pro: The location is very convenient, being very close to the cliff walk and just a short distance from the new harbour where you can go whale watching. it's not too far from the beach, making it a great spot for those who love the ocean. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is freshly prepared and sumptuous.

One drawback is that some guests may find the hotel to be a bit away from the cliffs, so if you're looking for a place with direct views of the ocean, this might not be your choice.

I had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hermanus At Home. The attention to detail was outstanding - from the extra big shower to the separate lounge area in the bedroom, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I loved having filtered water in the fridge and cookies to enjoy with my coffee. The sparkling swimming pool and spotless barbecue facilities were an added bonus. And let me not forget to mention the best buffet breakfast ever! I highly recommend this hotel for a truly homely experience.

During our Christmas stay, we had two amazing meals prepared by our hosts. the view from the room was magnificent and the room had all of the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for us as it was close to all of the attractions we wanted to see.

Due to our personal preference, we would have preferred a more modern and updated room. we found that the room was a bit crowded and could have been more spacious.
