This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of the city and close to everything in the CBC area. It's a convenient choice for families, with a Match supermarket nearby for any needs. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and the in-room safe provides added security. The service is excellent, with a friendly staff that upgraded our room when we mentioned a minor issue. The breakfast buffet is also satisfactory, offering a good start to the day.

That there was a slight odor in the room we initially checked in, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided us with an upgraded room.

Convenient location, peaceful atmosphere, good value for money, comfortable rooms with business-friendly amenities, helpful and polite staff, excellent on-site restaurant.

During my recent stay at Novotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and supportive bed. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, providing valuable information on nearby restaurants and public transport. The range of breakfast foods was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though there were a few minor inconveniences, like the separate toilet without a sink, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town. We were just a stone's throw away from the bus stop and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine and kettle in our room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted.
