the facilities and grounds were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the pools were a highlight, and the restaurant served delicious meals. the location was perfect, close to the beach and city center. the relaxation facilities like the spa and swimming pool added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks like the Forest Sky Pier and Solitary Islands Aquarium provided unique family bonding experiences. the only downside was the need for more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

I love staying here. the staff kindly returned my lost headphones. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, pool, air conditioning, games. Can't wait to come back for holiday!

The location of the resort is excellent. It is right on the beach and close to many tourist attractions in the local area. We enjoyed a comfortable walk to the beach and appreciated that it was next to the lagoon, which provided a lovely view. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had a great shower. The resort also had a par 3 nine-hole golf course, which was a great facility to have.

The service at the resort's restaurant was lacking. We had to wait 45 minutes for our dinner because the ticket machine ran out of ribbon.

The tranquil spa nestled in lush tropical surrounds was a sanctuary from everyday chaos. I felt like a pampered royalty, as if swept away to a serene oasis amidst the bustling world, rejuvenated from head to toe.

We enjoyed a relaxing day on our car trip north, with a nice walk to a private beach. The buffet breakfast had a very relaxed atmosphere and offered a lovely view. The pool was perfect for swimming and enjoying the winter sun. The location was pleasant with beautiful gardens and surroundings. The 1-bed apartment was spacious, albeit old and dated, but clean, tidy, and comfortable. The spa bath was fabulous, and the balcony overlooking the pond was pretty. The amenities were also excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, particularly Annissa at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room decor may have been older, but it was very clean and well-kept. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the three pools and private beach. The beautiful grounds with its variety of birds and the nearby walking tracks added to the overall experience. The meals served at the function we attended were superb, and the staff who served us that night were fantastic.

This place is situated in such a beautiful location, nestled in between a couple of hills and surrounded by the most amazing gardens, I felt like I was in paradise. I was also impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. They greeted me with a welcome drink, and the room service was exceptional too. The room itself was well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony/sitting area with garden furniture.
