the facilities and grounds were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the pools were a highlight, and the restaurant served delicious meals. the location was perfect, close to the beach and city center. the relaxation facilities like the spa and swimming pool added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks like the Forest Sky Pier and Solitary Islands Aquarium provided unique family bonding experiences. the only downside was the need for more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a relaxing day on our car trip north, with a nice walk to a private beach. The buffet breakfast had a very relaxed atmosphere and offered a lovely view. The pool was perfect for swimming and enjoying the winter sun. The location was pleasant with beautiful gardens and surroundings. The 1-bed apartment was spacious, albeit old and dated, but clean, tidy, and comfortable. The spa bath was fabulous, and the balcony overlooking the pond was pretty. The amenities were also excellent.

The staff really went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the happy hour was a great bonus. Cons: I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, particularly Annissa at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room decor may have been older, but it was very clean and well-kept. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the three pools and private beach. The beautiful grounds with its variety of birds and the nearby walking tracks added to the overall experience. The meals served at the function we attended were superb, and the staff who served us that night were fantastic.
