The reception service was quick and efficient, perfect after a long flight. The room was quiet and comfortable, with nice facilities. The breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging transport into the city and providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing. The spa was nice, and the food and food service staff were wonderful. The gardeners were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The location right next to CT International airport was incredibly convenient for my early morning flight. The service was top-notch - the staff member at the reception desk was so friendly and welcoming, and the room service and housekeeping were excellent. The shuttle service was amazing, particularly the free airport shuttle, which was a huge bonus. The amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and sitting area, made my stay so comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the staff really understood what customer service looks like.

Also, the gym, pool, and garden make this hotel unique and enjoyable in case of a longer stay.

The shower and bath being open to the room was a small downside for privacy and early birds.
