I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options, including halaal meals. I also appreciated the fact that there were three restaurants to choose from on the premises. The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it easy to forget that we were in the heart of the city. The hotel even had a boma, where we enjoyed a dinner with a great selection of African and international dishes, accompanied by live soft music. The mornings were a delight, with the soothing sounds of birds welcoming each day.

Had the best time during the holidays! The food was delicious and we even got complimentary drinks at the pool. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the staff was accommodating. The outdoor pool is beautifully designed and provided a great escape from the heat. The best part was the live band during Christmas Eve dinner, dancing along with other guests was so much fun.

The air conditioning was noisy and didn't work properly, it was either too hot or too cold. Some of the staff members were a bit slow in responding to our requests, but they were friendly and apologized for the delay.
