This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, an indoor saltwater pool, and fitness centre. During my first stay, staff helped me find my lost earring, making it memorable. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast had a surprisingly good variety, and the staff in the breakfast area made it welcoming for my kids. The indoor pool was a nice touch, even though not very large for adults.

Noise reduction could use improvement to minimize disruption from nearby highways!!! Outdated room facilities and ineffective room technology detracted from comfort!!! Common areas appear worn down and in need of maintenance!!!

The room was decent, nice and clean, but the breakfast could have had more options, especially for veggies. The comfy pillows were a sweet touch!

It was just a smart choice for a short layover in Peabody with incredible value for money. The location was good for access to where we needed to be going. Watch out for noise if you’re sensitive to it, as the highway is nearby.

I stayed for three nights and appreciated the clean condition of my room. The shower head was high, which was great for me as I'm tall, but the water pressure was low. Breakfast was nice, but the area felt cramped with guests. I had some noise from the highway that disrupted my sleep, but overall, it was a decent experience for a traveler from New York. I enjoyed the saltwater pool, though it seemed more suited for families than adults.

The queen room was adequately clean with a comfortable bed, ideal for family stays. However, the toilet issue was frustrating, as it failed to flush multiple times during the visit, prompting several maintenance calls. Additionally, the breakfast options fell short, with oatmeal that was unappealing and hard bananas. Staff interactions were inconsistent. while some were friendly and helped organize luggage storage, others seemed unapproachable. On a positive note, the fruit salads were fresh and enjoyed.

We stayed two nights and it was perfect for our crew of little ones! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast spread had hot waffles which our kids loved. The room was spacious enough for all our gear, though you can hear some noise from the halls. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway!

Wi-fi worked great, but room walls are thin. noisy neighbors made it hard to sleep.

the hampton inn was a great base for our trip to salem, just a 10-minute ride away. the executive king room was comfy and the shower pressure was impressive. staff was incredibly helpful, even bringing menus for delivery right to our room! the little recreation room was fun, but the pool is more for kids than adults.
