I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Rene and Mary-Ann, were fantastic hosts. They were friendly, witty, and made me feel at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops and amenities just around the corner. The rooms were cozy and had cute touches, and I appreciated the access to WiFi. Plus, breakfast at Rosemead bakery was absolutely divine!

During my recent stay at Kaijaiki Country Inn And Restaurant, I had the pleasure of meeting the Dutch-born owner, René. He was not only extremely friendly but also very interesting to talk to. It was refreshing to have such a welcoming and engaging host. Additionally, the South African wife of the owner was also very friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the inn. The passion and pride that the owners have for their place is evident, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was neat and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to enter the room an hour earlier than expected. The personal touch of being offered a chocolate cappuccino on arrival was a lovely gesture. The location of Kaijaiki is excellent, with easy access to the beach and a nearby general shop for convenience. I would definitely consider returning to Kaijaiki on my next trip to Yzerfontein.
