The hotel was nicely decorated which gave a good first impression, and my room was spacious and clean with a well-stocked bathroom. It was also located close to the places I needed to be for my business trip, which was very convenient.

There was no offer to help me with my bags during check-in, and the waitstaff at the restaurant were unresponsive to requests for simple things like cut fruit. the breakfast itself was also underwhelming and lacked quality.
