The location of the guesthouse was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also close to the University, which was convenient. Despite being in a quiet zone, there were still nice places to eat within walking distance. The room was comfortable, with a quality bed and linen. The owners and staff provided excellent service, making sure that all needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was tasteful. The garden, although slightly affected by dog gardening, was beautifully manicured.

The lack of air conditioning or underfloor heating may be a downside to consider, especially during extreme weather conditions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and the university, yet still in a quiet area. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and efficient room service. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a swimming pool, sun terrace, and beautiful garden area. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, sitting area, and a lovely terrace. We also appreciated the added convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend it to families traveling to this area.

We had a truly pleasant stay at Osborne House! The rooms were beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The breakfast served on the porch was delightful, and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Despite a small issue with the pool area, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel!

The beautifully restored 1904 house, with a lovely garden in front, made for a pleasant stay. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, offering tea and food upon arrival. The rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast on the porch was delightful. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was perfect for our needs.
