The fine dining restaurant provides delicious meals, and the staff are extremely accommodating to families. The buffet breakfast is amazing, and the staff go above and beyond to make children feel welcome. The on-site lion park offers a unique opportunity for wildlife enthusiasts to walk with lions.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a hotel just off the N1 highway. The location was so convenient, close to the freeway and even next to a golf course. The rooms were comfortable and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of options. The resort also had great facilities, including fun activities for children. It was truly a memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, just off the highway, was extremely convenient for us. Upon arrival, the friendly receptionist welcomed us and checked us in quickly. Our room, 037, was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a coffee station. The bathroom was huge and had both a bath and shower. The hotel offered a range of services, including room service and bicycle hire, which enhanced our stay. The housekeeping was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The amenities like the terrace and garden furniture were great for relaxing. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to families.

This hotel focuses on quality and comfort, so it may not cater specifically to families. However, families can still enjoy the excellent services and amenities available here.

I had an unforgettable weekend at Protea Hotel in Polokwane. Upon arrival, I encountered a severe headwind flying in, but the staff went the extra mile to assist me. Jack from the workshop helped me refuel my aircraft by organizing fuel and providing the necessary equipment. The receptionist on Saturday morning made me feel more than welcome. The friendly and helpful staff truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.

The room was not up to standard. the carpets were dirty and the bathroom was old and quite dirty.

We had a short but delightful stay at Protea Hotel Ranch Resort. The receptionist, Mrs. Nokuzola, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even upgrading us to another suite. The staff, including Priscilla, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the Butterly restaurant was delicious, especially the buffet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall facilities were well-maintained. We highly salute the staff at Protea Hotel Ranch Resort and would definitely come back again and refer friends and colleagues.
