The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and has a breathtaking view of the waterfront. the room was clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the complimentary shuttle service to and from the waterfront was a convenient and appreciated bonus.

The presentation was average, and the breakfast area had a cold and impersonal atmosphere. It didn't match the overall ambiance and quality of the hotel's facilities.

Nothing not to love.

Our family of four, including two small kids, had an amazing stay at this hotel on the edge of the ocean. The location was fantastic, with a stunning view across the bay and easy access to nearby attractions, including the V&A waterfront. The spacious, well-appointed room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb, with lots of variety and delicious options.

We were disappointed that the twin beds were too small, but this was a minor inconvenience.

radisson was spectacular. staff friendly and knowledgeable, upgraded our room, remembered our preferences. view was amazing, breakfast delicious. can't stay anywhere else in cape town.

Housekeeping lacking, didn't clean or restock properly.

The breathtaking sea views from the hotel were truly amazing. I couldn't help but feel relaxed while watching the beautiful blue waves crash against the shore. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

We loved the beautiful setting of this hotel, especially from our patio where we could enjoy stunning views. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even when we were outside the hotel and far away. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a great spa where we were treated with exceptional hospitality. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near all amenities.

The only minor issue we experienced was the noise from the nearby construction work, which was out of the hotel's control. the staff immediately offered earplugs to ensure our comfort and wellbeing.

The hotel is located in a prime position with exquisite views of the ocean. the room itself was spacious and clean with complementary tea and coffee. the staff offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby restaurant which was a great experience.

The service was unprofessional. the staff did not listen to our needs.

As young people, we loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and relaxing hot pool and spa facilities. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and the location was fabulous with a short walk to V&A or a complimentary shuttle bus to nearby attractions. The pool and restaurant offered stunning ocean views, where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks while watching seals and dolphins swim by. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was amazing.

Felt more than at home, nothing was too much trouble.
