Friendly receptionists, ideal location near museums, manageable twin room for a family of three. Close to cafes and supermarkets, spotless room with new carpets, nice hot shower, clean towels provided. Very welcoming staff, larger alternative room offered, ample tea and coffee, 24-hr reception. Helpful and friendly staff, quiet location near metro, super markets, and restaurants.

very clean rooms and bathrooms. amazing location - just a quick walk from earls court station. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially the lady who let us store our luggage after check out. the local cafes around are perfect for quick bites.

stayed at westbury hotel kensington and was impressed by the friendly staff and comfy room. the location is perfect, close to royal albert hall, museums, and underground. lovely new carpets, large clean towels, and a refreshing shower. easy access to cafes and supermarkets nearby, great for a visitor wanting convenience.
