What a shocker, to find a dusty, dirty room with stained walls and outdated furniture, and no one cared to help. I woudl ve been delighted to see some complimentary water in the room, but that was just too much to ask, clearly. I was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn't with all these shortcomings!

Check-in efficiency needs improvement!!! The air conditioning unit outside is incredibly loud, making it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep!!! Rooms feel outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment!!!

I enjoyed my stay as the shuttle service to the airport was quick and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety to choose from, making my mornings a pleasure before setting out to explore nearby spots like the East Rand Flea Market, which is just about 5 km away.

stayed for a night, but the check-in process was like a chanty line in a long queue, utterly ridiculous. the small pool was absolutely not worth the hassle, and i persisted for a room upgrade that never came, which woudl ve been the least they can do, honestly. breakfast cereals were a massive letdown. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Additionally, I encountered frequent issues with the room key, which stopped working every few hours, further complicating my stay. The outdated furnishings and the state of the bathroom need urgent attention, as it detracted from an otherwise decent hotel experience.

Had an amazing time. the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and the room was super clean and comfy. Only downside was the noisy hallway at night.

Staying here with friends was awesome! The hotel's location is perfect, just a short shuttle ride from the airport. We had time to explore the Arabella Golf Course, and it was stunning! Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Great place for a group getaway!
