We had the most amazing honeymoon stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The pool suite we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and well-decorated with a relaxing outdoor area. The bed was so comfy and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. The hotel staff, especially Conrad the manager, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and the variety of complimentary drinks in the minibar was impressive. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and the wine tram. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at and a highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

Last Word in Franschhoek was an amazing place to stay. The manager and staff, particularly Conrad and Franklin, were incredibly helpful and made our stay truly breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised with a candlelit room and champagne when we returned from a day at the wine farms. The staff were attentive but not invasive, and the little touches like umbrellas and an open bar added to the experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and provided both privacy and access to the staff when needed. a truly amazing stay.

I recently stayed at Last Word and it was truly a slice of heaven. The hotel was small with only around 10 rooms, but each one was stunning and spacious. The manager went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, addressing every detail. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the complimentary wines and spirits were a delightful bonus. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring on foot. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
