The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated and had special touches for our anniversary. The breakfast was delightful, and the waitress was a true gem. The hotel is spacious and the service is excellent. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist us. The Executive Club offered a great breakfast with stunning views. The free shuttle to the V&A Waterfront was convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront, conference center, and convention center. The rooms are amazing with stunning views from the 19th floor lounge. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, arranging special in-room amenities for honeymooners. The hotel also provides an hourly shuttle to the shopping malls, making it easy for guests to explore the area.

Some guests reported a lack of communication from the staff, which led to missed benefits in their rooms.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the Waterfront and a Virgin Active gym, as well as offering a shuttle service.

The mugs in the room were too small for tea, making it inconvenient. the reading lights were not functioning properly.

Great spa. Floor 19 views. Sauna, whirlpool, and full-service. Restaurant with same views. Excellent cuisine, staff, and service. Buffet breakfast sumptuous. Everything from sushi to fresh fruit. Rooms big. Kingsized beds. Floor to ceiling windows with mountain and harbor views. Snow white linens and Granny Goose duvets.

Spectacular view, perfect bed, tasteful decor, awesome breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, excellent spa facilities.

As business travelers, we appreciated the seamless check-in process and early check-in option. The concierge service was always available and went above and beyond, even assisting with shopping and opening car doors. The room service for lunch was made to our specifications and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. The WiFi was fast and stable, and the breakfast spread was extensive with a unique experience on the 19th-floor lounge. The staff took the time to explain the cooking techniques behind the breakfast items. the hotel provided a fantastic experience.

stunning views from the 19th floor, overlooking V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and the working harbor and city. the spa facilities are excellent with a sauna, whirlpool, and infinity pool. the 'On 19' restaurant offers exceptional cuisine and breathtaking views. the rooms are spacious with luxurious amenities. the staff, including F&B manager David, restaurant host Ashley, and porter Ray, provided exceptional service. the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs and ensured a seamless check-in process, even on Christmas day. the location and security are top-notch. a first-class experience.

The highlight of our stay at Westin was the incredible 19th Floor amenities. We loved spending late nights swimming and relaxing in the steam rooms. The spacious room and great value for money added to our enjoyable experience. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to a nearby shopping center, which was very convenient. the location was also great, close to the airport and easy to find.

The room was a bit basic and could have been cleaner. We had some issues with the bedding and the check-in process was slow.
