The breakfast at Umthunzi Hotel And Conference was delicious with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The staff were incredibly pleasant and respectful of my privacy. Despite the poor weather, the hotel had adequate bar and lounge facilities. I would recommend this hotel for its tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

I had an amazing weekend at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and special, particularly the reception lady. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a bar with a friendly bartender, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

The cleaning staff could improve their attention to detail, as some areas, like the balcony, were dirty.

The hotel had a stunning view of the beach, which was within walking distance. the decor inside was creative and inviting, such as the bookshelf designed as a tree.

The hotel did have some areas that could use improvement. the kitchen staff struggled with keeping to timelines during our conference, and the verandah outside our room was not swept regularly, resulting in a buildup of cigarette butts.
