Friendly staff, helped with luggage. Russell made excellent scrambled eggs for breakfast. First-class service, daily room cleaning and towel changing. Felt like a 5-star hotel, homely atmosphere. Peaceful location with backup during power cuts. Will return.

We had a lovely stay at Valley Heights! The hosts, Rosie and Russell, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, assisting with transportation and providing helpful advice on local attractions. The WIFI was reliable, perfect for my work needs. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I highly recommend Valley Heights Guest House And B & B!

The accommodation is located in a beautiful and peaceful suburb, which made it easy for me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of business meetings. The secure parking gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was safe. The small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip in between work tasks.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer days. , although breakfast was delicious, I found the options to be limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in during business trips.

We had a fantastic stay at Valley Heights Guest House & B&B in Cape Town. From the moment we arrived, Debi was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled, but she allowed us to check in the next morning so we could freshen up before starting our new job. She even extended our check-out time. Debi made sure to check on us throughout our stay, ensuring we found new accommodation before giving our room to another guest. The warm welcome and spirit of ubuntu made us feel at home in this lovely place. The rooms were neat and the hosts, Russell and Debi, were the best we have ever met. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back soon!

I had a great stay at Valley Heights Guest House! The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and the place was spotless. I was impressed with the spacious and well-equipped room, complete with comfortable bed, electric blanket, and all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts, Russell and Debi, who made sure every detail was taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Valley Heights Guest House And B & B.
