We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location near the river provided breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. We found it incredibly convenient, as it was close to the bus terminal and just a short distance from Obihiro JR station. The services offered here were fantastic, from the helpful staff to the well-maintained rooms. Everything was top-notch, including the housekeeping, laundry service, and taxi arrangement. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace to enjoy the surrounding beauty. The hotel even provided an in-room safe and free toiletries, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and convenient. We were also delighted to find a television and am/fm alarm clock in our room, making our leisure time even more enjoyable.

We had a comfortable and cozy stay at this hotel. The layout of our room was excellent, and we appreciated the separate toilet and shower. The hotel provided a helpful brochure with explanations about Japanese style rooms and dining. The set dinner and buffet breakfast were both delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the river. The indoor and outdoor hot springs were a relaxing experience, especially the outdoor one with its Japanese rock garden view. Free internet access near the souvenir shop was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, which had a wide range of delicious options. The hotel also had a nice outdoor onsen, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy for us to travel around the area.

Some guests at the buffet dinner were a bit unruly, causing a slight delay in the food service.

Spent Christmas here and had a nice experience. the room was comfortable with good amenities and the Japanese-style layout was pleasant. the hotel is located in a quiet area with a nearby 24-hour convenience store, which was very convenient. the highlight of the stay was definitely the onsen, with indoor and outdoor options.

The meals included in the package were average with limited options. the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times.
