We absolutely loved the friendly staff, always going above and beyond to help. The hotel's security measures made us feel safe and comfortable. The enclosed and warm pool was a pleasant surprise, perfect for enjoying even in October.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the airport, industrial park, and a nearby mall. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, including some unique choices like broccoli and cooked carrots. The hotel also had a secure and enclosed pool, perfect for enjoying a swim even in October.

The language barrier with some of the front desk staff was a bit challenging, as they were not fluent in English.

Excellent restaurant

During our stay at the Holiday Inn Reynosa Industrial Poniente, we were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. It was clean and the food was delicious, easily the best in town. The staff was lovely and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent restaurant experience.

I gotta say, we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was top-notch and super comfy, making our stay extra enjoyable. Plus, the location was convenient and the staff treated us like VIPs the whole time.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe add some more variety to make it even better.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The indoor swimming pool was a great addition to the already impressive facilities. The sun terrace and garden area were wonderful to relax in, with beach umbrellas providing shade. The room advantages were extensive, including an espresso machine and in-room breakfast upon request.

The restaurant was a minor issue, with limited options on the special diet menus. However, the bar/lounge area was exceptional and the packed lunches were convenient for those on the go.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a big shopping center and industrial parks. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious.

The hotel felt a bit rundown and dated. The carpets were worn and the bathroom could use some updates.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was really comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Our Easter stay was quite enjoyable. The breakfast was complimentary and included some hot dishes, which was a nice surprise. The location was fantastic, with a shopping mall nearby and easy access to transportation. The best aspect of our stay was the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
