This hotel is spotlessly clean and has a great selection of on-site restaurants and bars. The pool area is beautiful, with ample seating and even three big hammocks for lounging and enjoying a good book.

The buffet breakfast on the lovely terrace offered delicious food, and the views from the Panorama Roof restaurant were amazing.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The pool was a great place to relax, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. The hotel cabs were convenient for getting around, although they can be expensive. We also enjoyed the delicious fish brochettes.

The room service and housekeeping were exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for leisurely swims in the afternoon sun. The continental breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from.

Communication from the hotel staff was lacking. It was difficult to obtain information and carry out requests without physically going down to the lobby.
