During my Xmas holiday stay, the food was good and the staff friendly. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to locate. Another advantage was the room size, which was spacious and perfect for a family of four.

The loud noise from nearby parties disrupted our sleep and made the experience unbearable. the hotel shuttle was not available when we needed it, causing us to waste time waiting for transportation.

The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with modern African touches, and we especially loved the outdoor shower. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. It was the perfect base for exploring the nearby Volcanoes National Park, where we had incredible experiences with wildlife and nature.

It was a minor disruption and didn't detract from the overall experience.
