I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to everything. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, with a huge spotlessly clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach, were very good. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, helpful, and hospitable. They even made necessary arrangements for us to stay in the same unit for our entire stay. this hotel provided excellent customer service and care.

The customer service reps were amazing, they helped me with all my needs and wants. The front desk agent went above and beyond to assist me in changing my room to a higher floor. The resort had beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. The beach was just a few yards away, which was so convenient. the next door restaurant/bar had delicious food and drinks.

There were some minor annoyances, such as a towel rack that wouldn't stay on the wall and a trash can lid that wouldn't stay on the can. The silverware was also bent.

Moreover, the hotel is right on the beach, providing a beautiful view and the opportunity for seaside relaxation. Lastly, the proximity to the supermarket at Simpson Bay is definitely a plus for families who prefer to cook their own meals during their stay.
