I loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to everything. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, with a huge spotlessly clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach, were very good. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, helpful, and hospitable. They even made necessary arrangements for us to stay in the same unit for our entire stay. this hotel provided excellent customer service and care.

The customer service reps were amazing, they helped me with all my needs and wants. the front desk agent went above and beyond to assist me in changing my room to a higher floor. the resort had beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. the beach was just a few yards away, which was so convenient. the next door restaurant/bar had delicious food and drinks.

There were some minor annoyances, such as a towel rack that wouldn't stay on the wall and a trash can lid that wouldn't stay on the can. the silverware was also bent.

The Green House bar/restaurant had amazing servers and delicious vegetarian options. The rooms were spacious with large balconies. The staff, including the manager Angela and the desk staff, were friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was also great. a fantastic experience.

The cleanliness of the studio was impressive, making for a comfortable stay. the front desk staff, particularly Allison, were very helpful and provided excellent service. the prime location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and one of the best beaches on the island.

I encountered some issues with the room. There were small particles floating in the toilet and residue would come from under the brim whenever I flushed.

Lastly, the proximity to the supermarket at Simpson Bay is definitely a plus for families who prefer to cook their own meals during their stay.
