Super comfortable bed, with fresh linens and duvet cover. Bath linens were clean and fresh. Nice wood floor and ceramic bathroom. Small and cozy room with plenty of surface space for personal items. Enjoyed a good night's sleep.

Disappointing breakfast, similar to what you'd find in a budget hotel. Lots of airplane noise from nearby airport, which was bothersome at times.

The location of this bed and breakfast is superb, with its close proximity to the airport and its peaceful setting near the Massachusetts ocean. The rooms are comfortable and the service is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The continental breakfast, though not extravagant, offers a good selection of bread, raisin bread, and commercial grade cereal. The hosts are accommodating, allowing for late arrivals and ensuring a pleasant stay. this B&B provides a convenient and enjoyable experience for travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and refreshing pool area. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance from Doctor's Cave beach. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the bustling Hip Strip, where I found a variety of restaurants, shops, and even a straw market to explore.

Close to airport, convenient 12-minute ride. King-size bed and updated bathroom. Helpful hostess, provided early breakfast access. Nice variety of restaurants nearby. Lovely waterfront neighborhood.

This hotel was located in a beautiful neighborhood with a comforting feeling as it was right across the river from the Boston airport. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail was impressive, especially in the private bathroom which was well-equipped. Additionally, the breakfast served at this B&B was delicious and filling.
