I always stay at a hotel in Mecca. The staff helped me with printing. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and wheelchair access. I am coming back for a holiday.

Our stay at the hotel was made exceptional by the accommodating staff, especially the receptionist who warmly welcomed us. The inter-connecting quadruple rooms provided an ideal setup for our family, making it convenient for us to keep an eye on the little ones while giving them some space of their own. The proximity to the Haram made it easier to navigate our way there with the kids, ensuring we didn't miss any of the significant moments.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities or play areas could enhance the family experience for dads traveling with children.

The hotel's elegant and spacious lobby with comfortable seating areas made it easy for me to rest and relax after a long day of activities. The general areas were well-maintained and had easy accessibility for senior people, with smooth and gradual ramps and plenty of handrails for support.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people by suggesting clearer signage for directions, making it easier for the children of the staff to guide older guests.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and I was pleased with the business center which was well-equipped and allowed me to work efficiently. The snack bar/deli was convenient for quick bites between meetings, providing a good variety of options.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room or a conference facility within the hotel premises. This would have added more convenience to my work-related activities during my stay.

We visited the bustling markets and the cool shopping district, where we scored the trendiest clothes! The hotel's central location made it easy for us to hang out and explore the city's trendy hotspots.

More late-night entertainment options for young party-goers would've made our stay even more epic!

On a adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel familial près de l'aéroport. La chambre spacieuse comportait un frigo et des équipements de cuisine, idéal pour les familles. Le personnel était charmant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner offrait un large choix de plats délicieux. Le restaurant en rooftop tournant offrait une vue imprenable sur la ville. De plus, la salle de sport au 22ème étage donnait une vue panoramique sur la ville.

Le bruit de la climatisation des chambres était perturbant, rendant difficile le sommeil.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the bus stand and El Haram, providing easy access to shopping and other attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with modern amenities, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

The hotel staff seems unresponsive to guests’ requests and is inattentive towards the needs of the guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel, especially as a family with kids. The spacious rooms and good room service were a definite plus.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Haram. The quadrupled room we stayed in was spacious and well-lit. The breakfast on weekends was reasonably good, and the check-in process was quick, even though we arrived at midnight. The hotel's luggage room was secure, and the concierge staff were courteous and helpful. The nearby pharmacy, grocery store, and restaurant were very convenient, especially during the busy pilgrimage season. Taxis were easily available outside the hotel, making it convenient for our trips to Haramain and Jeddah airport. a very comfortable and satisfying stay.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
