The rooms are super comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning and sound-insulated walls make it a peaceful retreat. The rainfall showerhead and designer toiletries give the bathroom a luxurious touch, perfect for a little pampering.

I wish there were more options for the kitchen amenities.

the architecture of the building is impressive, with a modern style chandelier reception and great lighting. the room we booked was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and three AC units for personalized air control. the hotel staff, including car valets, bellboys, and housekeeping, were all friendly and kind. the location is convenient, with easy access to AL Rashid Mall. the facilities, such as the gym and pool, were wonderful for both kids and adults. the breakfast was not to be missed, and the room service options were excellent.

Staying here was an awesome experience! I loved the wonderful location of this place, which was really close to a shopping mall. Also, the room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and equipped with high-quality amenities. The staff members were absolutely fantastic and provided superb room service. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of varieties. The leisure spa and wellness center were really amazing, featuring indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, body wraps, beauty treatments. There were also other great facilities like a fitness center, business center and children's play area.

Upon checking in, we were immediately greeted by a warm and friendly staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage services. the spa is perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped with exclusive facilities such as a private balcony and picturesque views. the in, room breakfast was a delightful experience with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Although it was a minor issue, there was a slight delay in receiving our packed lunches due to the high demand.

This hotel is a true gem! the location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the city center and the amazing Alrashed mall. Secondly, the prices are very reasonable and offer great value for money. Finally, the staff and service are top-notch, making your stay a true pleasure.

The free breakfast was nice, as was the friendly check-in staff. the hotel is located near plenty of shops and restaurants, which was convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The service at this hotel was extremely slow. We had to call multiple times for simple requests like extra towels or toothpaste, and it took ages for anyone to respond.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hospitable staff. the residency was spacious with exclusive amenities for a luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre is something not to be missed; the body scrub and massage were incredible. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing experiences. the Spa lounge was the cherry on top of the cake. the restaurant offered delicious dishes and the in-room breakfast was of gourmet quality. the location advantages were perfect for relaxation and escaping the hustle of the city.

The only minor issue we faced here was that the walls were not soundproof, which led to some disturbances during the night. the Spa & wellness centre and the overall experience more than compensated for this minor inconvenience.

Our stay was fantastic, with excellent service and clean rooms. The location was convenient for shopping, being connected by a bridge to the biggest mall in Asharqeya. The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were very attentive. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable furniture in our room and the welcoming attitude of the housekeeping team.

The AC seemed to be centrally controlled, and we were unable to adjust the temperature in our room.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was absolutely incredible. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the excellent hotel facilities. The food served at the hotel was beyond amazing, and the overall experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, such as the long check-in process and the lack of outdoor pool or garden with sun beds, they did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Grand Hyatt. Despite these drawbacks, I still wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and facilities.
