The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some small issues with insects and crumbs on the floor. However, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested extra bedding. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Villa Hail and would recommend it to others.

Conveniently situated near shopping centers, staff are polite and accommodating, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Bed is comfortable and room temperature is perfect. Chess cafe adds extra excitement on top of the cozy experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel’s location near the airport was very convenient for us. We also appreciated the free parking and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel offers great service including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The in-room amenities were very impressive, particularly the mini-bar and ironing facilities. The restaurant on site was fantastic, and we also loved the Asian restaurant. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Our only regret was that breakfast wasn’t included during our stay. However, we found many nearby restaurants and malls that served great meals.

The hotel's excellent service, reasonably priced and spacious rooms, great breakfast, secure parking, and enjoyable atmosphere made for a pleasant stay. The Asian restaurant was also a highlight.

Had a great time during the Easter holiday at this hotel! the free wifi was strong and covered the whole hotel, which was awesome! the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and we even received two complimentary drinks upon check-in. the hotel's location was perfect for us since it was only 10 minutes away from the airport and close to popular attractions.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, the room we stayed in didn't have a great view because the window was too high up. despite requesting extra beds for the room in advance, they weren't there when we arrived and it took a while for them to finally arrive after multiple requests at the reception.
