Decent walking distance to the Haram.

The hotel was frustratingly hard to find. I searched for “New Madina Hotel,” only to discover the actual name is “Madina Jadidan Hotel. Additionally, while room service and housekeeping were satisfactory, the neighborhood vibe was quite shady, which added to my unease during the stay.

The staff was super helpful and nice especially a girl named Mariam who made check-in smooth and easy. We also had an amazing breakfast every morning with friendly staff in the restaurant who made us feel welcome and at home.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still decent given the service we got.

what a dissapointment. the hotel furniture hasn’t been updated since the stone age, quite dusty too. to top it off, my room wasn’t ready until 11:40 PM, utterly absurd! expected a bit of compensation for all this chaos, but clearly, they don’t value their guests. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The attentive staff offered a warm welcome, particularly Rania’s cheerful assistance, and the diverse breakfast options included excellent Indian and Pakistani dishes. The cozy atmosphere made our family stay enjoyable despite some minor room maintenance issues.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful, providing assistance when I needed directions and recommendations.

The breakfast options were quite limited, and I found the fresh fruit served in syrup to be unappealing first thing in the morning.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a temporary stay in Medina with fantastic value for money. The daily breakfast had a huge selection of food that changed each morning, which was a nice surprise. Be prepared for limited dining options nearby, as the area is still developing.

The clean and pleasant atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. However, the dated condition of the room and the ineffective air conditioning somewhat affected my comfort.

Cozy and comfy stay!

We had a comfy room with three single beds, which was perfect for us. Loved how the staff was always there, especially Rania, who greeted us with a smile! Breakfast was a treat. they nailed the Indian dishes. Just wished the shuttle service was more frequent to the women's side. Still, it was a chill vibe.

i enjoyed my stay at new madinah. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. the location is superb, being very close to the prophet's mosque, making it easy to visit. I also loved the buffet meals. they had great options and were of high quality.

the bathroom could definitely use some work.

Perfectly located stay!

The staff were super friendly and helped with everything, even setting up a late check-out for us. Breakfast was awesome, loved the variety! Location is just a few mins to the masjid which is a huge plus. Just a heads up, the nearby dining options were limited, kinda bummed about that.

The location was extremely convenient, just moments away from the Prophet's mosque. The breakfast buffet featured a good selection, including delicious crepes, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. However, the bathroom in our room showed clear signs of neglect, and the internet connectivity was inconsistent, impacting our overall stay. Room service was prompt, but the overall condition of our accommodations felt outdated, lacking the updates one might expect.
