This hotel is simply amazing! The facilities here are top-notch and there is so much to do. The internet connection is stable and reliable, perfect for someone like me who needs to stay connected. The breakfast spread is absolutely impressive, and the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the little touches like having a weighing scale in the room and the apple fruit basket at the reception. The bed and pillows provided the utmost comfort, and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers a luxurious and comfortable experience with enhanced services.

We had a short layover between flights and stayed at a hotel near the airport. the front desk staff, particularly Edram, were fantastic and provided excellent service. the hotel entrance was a bit unusual, requiring a detour around the block to reach the plaza where the entrance is located. once inside, we were impressed by the spacious and luxurious room and bathroom. Room service was also prompt and efficient. we were pleased that we could stay in the hotel lobby with WiFi even after checking out, which was especially convenient during Ramadan.

Though our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few issues. We had to wait over half an hour for a 2-liter bottle of water that we requested, prompting us to go outside and purchase one ourselves.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of Jeddah, making it easy to explore the city's many attractions. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had all the basic amenities one would expect.

We particularly appreciated the exceptional service from Mamoud at the front desk and the transportation team led by Saleem. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and we highly recommend trying the spicy omelette. Additionally, the hotel's location by a foot bridge made it convenient for exploring the city.

For us, it was ideal and we didn't encounter any negative experiences.

We appreciated the two complementary drinks provided upon arrival, and the hotel's prime location made it easy for us to explore the city. the breakfast buffet was a highlight of our trip, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the spacious room had a fantastic view of the city.

The soundproofing of our room was not the best, as we could hear noise from the nearby rooms. We also found the air conditioning system to be quite loud, which disrupted our sleep.
