During our city break, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, with easy access to various cafes and restaurants, as well as tourist attractions. Additionally, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects. we were disappointed that we had to pay for internet use, especially considering the already high room rate.

The view was beautiful, nice service at the reception, fast check-in & check-out, excellent for honeymoon couples.

During my stay at Rosewood, I was amazed by the beautiful lobby and the spacious rooms. The room amenities were great, with complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided. The control panel in the room made it easy to adjust the temperature and lighting to my liking. The fitness coach at the health club, Argie, went above and beyond to assist me during my workout and provided a relaxing stretching session afterward. His excellent service truly made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the beach bay and a mesmerizing sunset. the staff provided top, notch service, with the manager, Sir Jerry, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the hotel was clean and visually appealing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the mouthwatering Chinese cuisine at the Noodles Resto was an absolute highlight and definitely a must, try.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the hotel entrance was narrow and poorly lit, making it a bit inconvenient upon arrival.

The location, facilities, constant follow-up, swift check-in, honeymooners decorated room, upgrade.

I had a remarkable stay at Rosewood. The manager, Mr. Jerry, gave us an incredible tour of the hotel, showcasing its stunning features like the glass floors and torch fires. The staff, including Mr. Micko and Mr. Robert, were friendly and made us feel welcomed. The meals prepared by Chef Mr. Meng were delicious and bountiful. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and memorable experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service with a personal touch. the Spa & wellness center offered a variety of massages and the sauna and steam room were the perfect way to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers had a stunning view of the sea.

The rooms are small, but clean and quiet. The bathroom is nice with a good view and a steam feature. The staff is friendly, well-trained, and always ready to help. The room service is responsive and the hotel itself is immaculate. a great stay.

We had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant city center during our stay. The Hapsburg restaurant in the hotel was a great spot for a delicious and enjoyable meal. The hotel's location near the sea allowed us to take leisurely walks along the corniche and enjoy the beautiful views. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking ocean view, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff provided exceptional service and were always there to assist us with anything we needed.

We did find one aspect of our stay a bit disappointing - the breakfast variety was slightly limited.

The receptionists were helpful, providing personal restaurant recommendations. The Dine In Room menu had a variety of delicious options. The room technology was impressive, with easy controls and the option to contact a butler for assistance. The ocean view and proximity to the corniche were highlights. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service throughout.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the master control panel in the room that allowed us to easily control the curtain, lights, and do not disturb light. The location of this hotel within the Rosewood chain is excellent, with other locations in London, Kuala Lumpur, and Riyadh. The staff, especially Manager Mr Jerry, were incredibly humble, hospitable, informative, and generous. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff went out of their way to please and serve us.

Great dining options and excellent service. the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served the best wonton soup ever. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Riad, our waiter. the top floor hookah lounge had great service as well. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and has spacious rooms with a welcome coffee and tea.

The room was uncomfortably cold even with the A/C off and the fan in the bathroom was noisy and constant. the lack of free internet was disappointing, and the food was expensive for the taste and quality.
