Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the hotel offered a grand buffet dinner with a great variety of dishes perfect for food lovers. the key location was stunning with breathtaking views of the surrounding area and natural beauty. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home and added to the overall holiday ambiance.

The hotel lacked amenities, such as a pool and other recreational activities, which left us with not much to do after dinner. Another downside was that there was no transportation provided which made it difficult to go explore the area without renting a scooter or car.

The internet was excellent, and the tour guide for the bike tour was knowledgeable and had great English skills. The presidential suite upgrade was a highlight, with a mini-bar, personal swimming pool, and stunning rice field views. The free traditional rice liquor and private garden with an outside shower were delightful. The staff allowed swimming after the official pool time, adding to the enjoyable experience.
