I had a wonderful stay at a lovely small boutique hotel with great rooms. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and everything was clean. The hotel was in a great location, close to bars, cafes, and restaurants. The small pool on the roof was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a larger shopping centre. Although it's not in the old town, it is near the popular Maya mall. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and have strong water pressure. The staff provide good service and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a gym and a roof terrace with great views.

The language barrier can sometimes lead to misunderstandings with the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect as it's situated in a lively area with many restaurants and shops nearby. It's also very close to a larger shopping center, making it convenient for shopping errands. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service provided was excellent. I especially appreciate the room service and shuttle services available. The room was spacious with great amenities, including a mini-bar and sitting area. Additionally, the rooftop happy hour was an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Chiang Mai. The location was perfect, with interesting stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The room was modern, comfortable, and always kept clean. The rooftop swimming pool was a great addition. The breakfast had a nice selection and good quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We found a great place to stay during our city trip. We were treated very well by the friendly staff who helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we could wish for. We enjoyed complimentary treats and the location was perfect with an array of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, offering great views of the area.

We did find the pool surrounds a bit slippery and it could have benefitted from some shade or umbrellas. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not take away from the overall experience.
