Good-sized rooms, but bad views everywhere.

Honestly, the junior suite was so lekker—spacious with a comfy living room and a pretty dope bathroom. The staff were just chommies, always ready to help. The gym's separate for ladies, which made me feel super safe. And the coffee at the café? Proper barista quality, not that rubbish you normally get!

This place has a sweet spa area just for ladies, a cozy Junior Suite with a fab living room, and a pool perfect for unwinding. I loved the relaxing spaces and the excellent room, it was super spacious and conveniently located.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing too much trouble.

Wow, where do I even begin? My hot water ran out after one minute. absolutely delightful! and, the room service was like a bad joke—my dinner just never arrived! I was expecting some sort of complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but I guess that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Old furniture in reception could be upgraded!!! The check-in process takes way too long!!! Desire more variety in room service menu!!! Getting your food from reception isn’t convenient!!! Bathroom cleanliness needs attention!!!

I wish the menu with prices for in-house dining was more accessible!!! Also, the toilet seat could use a better cleaning routine for newbie guests!!! A little attention to details would go a long way!!!

the sauna and steam room were amazing for women, very relaxing and clean. i wish the in-house menu was easier to find.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a nice living area, but the view left much to be desired as it overlooked trash cans. While the hotel staff, especially one very helpful female receptionist, added some warmth to the experience, the overall cleanliness was lacking, particularly noted when I found trash left by neighbors at my door. Additionally, having to pick up room service orders from the reception felt inconvenient for a hotel of this standard.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were big and spotless. Breakfast had a good variety, though I think an offer for in-room dining would enhance the experience. The spa services were also comforting.
