The hotel was at a convenient location, near malls, parks, and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, and had a women-only sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Breakfast was exceptional, and staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the view from the suite was unappealing, and there were occasional cleanliness issues in the rooms. Staff were a mix of unhelpful and helpful, with exceptional service from a specific staff member. The underground parking entrance was tight, and there was an incident of being assigned an occupied room. a decent stay with room for improvement.

A helpful receptionist made my stay tolerable, but the mishaps kept coming—bedbugs, cold showers, and an elusive SAR4. Room servicing? Not unless you beg. Fancy a view of trash bins? Look no further. But hey, breakfast was decent, and the staff at restaurants were top-notch. My advice? Bring your own change and a roadmap to find the nearest taco joint. a rollercoaster of an experience!

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the breakfast menu offers a delicious selection of items. Guests can also enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and spa facilities for ultimate relaxation.

It would be beneficial if the hotel could improve its room service, including staff training and a better understanding of English, to avoid delays and incorrect orders.

This hotel was simply amazing. the staff was fantastic, very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. the facilities were great, with sumptuous bedding and an overall impressive European design. the location was prime, as we were able to get to the city centre quickly.

I must say that the hotel was quite far from the main tourist attractions, which made it difficult to get around. While we did enjoy the spacious room and adequate amenities, we were not pleased with the charge for extra water bottles.
