Top-notch amenities and impeccable service from friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service to the Haram with helpful guidance from Ali. Albaik and supermarkets nearby, making dining and shopping easy. Quick lifts, regular bus service, and affordable taxi options add to the convenience.

Homemade biscuits were to die for, staff were super helpful, and shuttle bus was on point.

No parking for non-Saudis, no water bottles for suhoor, and outdated facilities. WiFi was a bit shaky too.
