Clean and quiet hotel with beautiful street view. Good food and wonderful breakfast. Exceptional property maintenance and facilities. Great location in premier district.

The ceremony hall was exceptional, perfect and elegant. The lobby was huge and wonderful. Price was excellent. The pool was cozy with a friendly environment suitable for kids and families. The room was neat and spacious with clean bed-sheets and comforters. The buffet food was tasty with good options. They provided a shuttle service to the masjid al haram. enjoyed my stay and recommend for umrah pilgrims.

I recently stayed at Violet Al Azizia for 6 days during my Umrah trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The building design and rooms were impressive, and the beds provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a Kids Area, with the added convenience of being able to monitor them through CCTV from our room. The breakfast served was decent, and the staff, especially Mahmood, were very helpful. They also had massage chairs available for a small fee.

I recently stayed at Violet Al Azizia for a family vacation. The location was excellent, with a wonderful panoramic view of Mina directly from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hanin at the reception who upgraded our room with a big smile. The hotel had great facilities including a kids area, pool, and even a kids club. The decor was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of food options, including a separate counter for live omelettes. it was great value for money and I would highly recommend it, especially for families with kids.

Clean rooms, small parking, good wifi, nice view. Limited games but safe kids area with camera connection to room TV. Baby care available but only one supervisor. Kind and cooperative supervisor "nouras".

During my stay at the hotel over Christmas, I really enjoyed the facilities and amenities provided. The hotel had a wonderful pool, perfect for relaxation and a great way to cool off. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions such as the Haram tunnel only a short taxi ride away. This made it very convenient for us to visit the holy sites. Another advantage that I appreciated was the delicious breakfast buffet with a separate counter for live omelettes. It provided a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. Firstly, the communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they did not speak English as stated in the description.

They have a good number of elevators and a tasty breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The hotel also offers a bus shuttle service to Masjid al Haram. The staff, especially Ms. Hanin and Mr. Mahmoud, were very helpful and accommodating. our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel for Umrah pilgrims.

The value for money at Violet Al Azizia was great, with a clean and spacious room. The location was convenient with easy access to Ajyad entrance, and the staff, especially Mr. Diaah, were very helpful and friendly.

The property is well-maintained and located in a premier district, though slightly away from central mosque. The staff was tireless in cleaning and maintaining the hotel. There are plenty of elevators and dedicated floors for buffet, kids zone, and praying rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool for kids and a kids club, making it highly recommended for families. Ms. Hanin at the reception was very approachable and helpful, upgrading our room with a big smile. The staff was also very helpful in responding to my queries and finding my lost item quickly. The variety of food at breakfast was impressive, although kids of non-Arabic nationalities could only eat cereals.

The hotel was nice and clean, with spacious rooms. The restaurant had delicious food and a good variety of options. There were also other restaurants in the area. Parking was available near the hotel and the shuttle bus service to Haram was convenient. The staff, especially Muhammad at the reception, were friendly and helpful. it was a great experience.

Our kids had a great time in the swimming pool. The hotel's internal arrangements were impressive, with clean and well-organized rooms. The breakfast arrangement and food were delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel offered a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and room arrangements.
