Christmas at this hotel was a disappointment. the complementary hot chocolate was the only warm thing about it. the location was a bit out of the way from where we were planning on spending our time. However, the view from the hotel was quite lovely.

The Christmas dinner was extremely underwhelming and lacked the usual holiday cheer. the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged.

The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service, ensuring a hassle-free journey to the nearby attraction. One of the highlights was the spacious and luxurious room, complete with comfortable bedding and top-notch amenities. The picturesque view from the room made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pricing was decent. The ambiance was awesome. The staff was very courteous and kind. They welcome guests with Arabic kehwa and dates. Rooms are super spacious and full of accessories. Best shuttle service from the hotel to Ajyad Station right in-front of Haram's entrance. Truly a 5-star hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and luxurious room at Voco. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, as it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was convenient and comfortable, making it easy to get to the Haram. Despite the minor issue of finding food leftovers in the mini fridge and needing to wash the sofa's pillow covers, my overall stay was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle bus to the Holy Mosque, with a gentle and punctual driver. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The location is good, close to Haram, and there is a nice area for walking to and from the holy site. The shuttle drops off near the Umrah entrance for added convenience.
