I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They readily assisted with any queries I had and gave guidance when needed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spacious and comfortable room that was perfect for my needs. The cleanliness of all areas was impeccable, and I appreciated the effort made to maintain a high level of cleanliness. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the Bronx area and within walking distance to the Middletown 6 train stop. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection of hot and fresh food.

Not one thing.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the Bronx and it was a great find. The location was a surprise, nestled in the Hutch Metro Center. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making it feel like our own little studio apartment. The staff was friendly and provided amazing service. And to top it off, the breakfast was good, with daily planned food get-togethers that were always amazing.

No negatives, everything was superb.

The staff was friendly and prompt. The room was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances including a dishwasher. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Breakfast options were convenient and the waffle station was attentive. The shower was enjoyable and the staff was accommodating when our plans changed.

We had a fantastic time at Residence Inn! The proximity to the Bronx Zoo made it a perfect choice for our family. The staff really went above and beyond by surprising our kids with a goodie bag for their trip to the Zoo. Plus, the view from our room at night was absolutely amazing. And, even though it wasn't mentioned in the database, we were thrilled to find out that they have karaoke nights and a small casino area for entertainment. As people who love karaoke and casinos, this was a big bonus for us!

During our stay at Residence Inn, we felt totally at home and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is close to the Bronx Zoo, only a 10-minute drive away. The staff went above and beyond by bringing our kids a goodie bag for their trip to the Zoo. The view from our room was amazing at night. The breakfast was greasy and tasty, with hand sanitizer available before entering the buffet area.

The breakfast staff were exceptional, and the front desk staff readily assisted with any queries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with kitchenettes for convenience. The free breakfast was a wonderful bonus, eliminating the need to go out in search of breakfast. The location was a pleasant surprise, with green spaces and trees in the area.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel itself is modern and beautiful. We loved the location, with ample parking and easy access to restaurants. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Welcoming and clean

I stayed at Residence Inn for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room area. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the lobby, with music playing, was great. The complimentary internet and breakfast were a nice bonus. The only minor issue was the shower door, which caused some water to go on the floor, but they provided towels to solve the problem. I had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn and would highly recommend it.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Reasonably-priced taxis were arranged for us. The bed was amazing, and the apartment was huge and beautiful. The bar had a great Happy Hour, and Melissa the bartender provided excellent service.

Great customer service! the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a business trip. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the free parking was a bonus, as it can be hard to find in this city. the morning breakfast had a good variety and the food was fresh.

There were a couple of issues that could have been better. there was no restaurant attached to the hotel, which made it inconvenient for dinner options.

I had an amazing experience at Residence Inn. The front desk team, especially Ms. Courtney Boyle, provided exceptional service. She was efficient, professional, and engaging, making us feel truly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff at the hotel were wonderful. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift bag and the surprise gift from Courtney. Despite some noise outside, our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.
