Our family had a fantastic time at this unique resort. The beautiful surroundings and excellent spa center made our stay truly relaxing. The food was superb, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The cleaning staff even found our forgotten mobile phone and promptly returned it to us. We were truly impressed by the level of service and care we received.

The lack of empathy exhibited by some of the reception staff gives the impression of a disconnect between the staff and guests.

The location in front of a little church for sunbathing during the summer was amazing. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a traditional touch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and plenty of outdoor activities to do. The service was exceptional, the housekeeping staff made sure my room was spotless and the front desk was always very helpful. The spa and wellness center was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The indoor swimming pool was very clean and not too crowded. Lastly, I appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle in the room.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious and filling. the location was perfect, situated close to the attractions we wanted to visit and offering spectacular views. the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected with loved ones back home.

I have to say, for the price we paid, the value at this hotel was amazing. The room was cozy and reminded me of my Grandma's house. The location was breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with gorgeous scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
