The staff were friendly and provided a parking service for the lift that took us to the center and into the ski lift system. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and there were also snacks available in the reception area. The minibus service provided by the hotel was convenient for airport transfers.

One negative aspect was the lack of Christmas decorations and festive atmosphere during the holiday period.
